
So...Quarantine's over...Now what do you do?
For many of us, it is going to be a bit of a struggle trying to get used to our normal lives after being in our houses for so long. Here are a couple of tips on how to adjust after Quarantine is over

Don't just shake hands or come into close contact with other people right away- Even though quarantine is over, it still does not mean that the virus is still not a threat. Wait for a few weeks till it is confirmed that the virus is gone and maintain a 5 ft distance between others.

Step Outside for a couple of hours- For those of you who have not been able to go outside due to quarantine, now is your chance to do so. Take some time out of your day to smell the outside air and be in the sunlight

Drink plenty of water and stay healthy- This will give you more immunity and strength that you will need even after quarantine
